When an individual starts to become confused about where they are or about the current time of the day, they could be having a problem resulting from dementia; dementia encompasses the symptoms that occur during the primary stage of Alzheimer disease. For some people, when Alzheimers begins to shut down an individuals brain, the individuals can get confused about the time of the day and night not just by several hours but by far more extreme measures.  Individuals can believe it to be night while they are sitting in a room only to realize that it’s actually the middle of the morning. This lack of temporal knowledge is a definite symptom showing that something is going wrong in the brain. It is necessary to contact your doctor immediately to find a good treatment for this problem.
