10 Early Warning Signs of Ovarian Cancer

9. Bloating

The feeling of being bloated is another main sign that warns about ovarian cancer, as well as other types of cancers. Women normally experience bloating after eating a large meal with a high sodium content, so if you bloating after a heavy meal, it likely isn’t a problem. However, if bloating persists as a chronic problem without any obvious reason then there may be something wrong in the pelvic region. Women suffering from bloating can try to eliminate this problem by changing their lifestyle and eating habits such as quick consumption of food, eating too much food, or eating food that is fatty or high in sodium.  If the problem persists for weeks even after changing your eating habits then you should visit your doctor in order to figure out what is going on with you, but if you choose not to, then one should still keep in mind that bloating can be one of the main symptoms of ovarian cancer.
