Nearly everyone who uses the internet has at some point in their lives downloaded some sort of copyrighted content, whether intentionally or unintentionally. A study has been done that shows that over half of all Americans, which comes to a total of over 160 million people, pirate casually while online. This could include anything from e-books, and songs, to movies, and shows.
