10. Having Sleeping Problems.
We always have a sleeping pattern that each of us adapts so as to have maximum rest. The thyroid is likely to affect your sleep and the sleeping pattern. Someone who starts to function low on thyroid, they are likely to feel like having more hours of sleep than expected. Sometimes one might feel or wake up feeling tired as if they never had enough sleep. At other times, a person might have a poor and dream-disrupted sleep. Although there are many other factors that might lead to sleep problems when this problem persists, one should make it for themselves and have a doctor check on their thyroid.
