4. Pain when sitting down
When sitting, a kidney stone can cause severe pain once it slips out of the kidney. (People suffering from a kidney stone will usually not feel any pain until after the kidney stone has moved into the urinary tract from the kidneys)
This pain is caused because the pressure from bending causes the kidney stone to dig into the urinary tract.
